The challenge
Office relocation is a different business from domestic moving: downtime, inventory management and weekend scheduling are what matter. Corporate clients look for an answer to "how long will my operation be down" before they look at price.
The solution
We built the content around downtime management. The relocation process was broken into stages, with the duration of each stage and the preparation expected from the client made explicit. A site survey request became the primary action, setting expectations correctly before any quote.
